The short answer
Awards give anyone considering working with Nicky Anstey peace of mind that she does what she says she does. She is multi award winning nationally, and is currently up for the 2026 to 2027 Coach and Trainer of the Year award. But the recognition that means the most to her is not a trophy, it is a client sharing their wins a decade on, because of the work they did together. The continued proof it works long term.
The recognition, and what actually matters more
Transform to Perform Coaching has been recognised with several industry awards over the past few years, and I have recently been told I am entered into a few more, so there may be others to add here in time. I want this page to do two things regardless of what comes next. First, I want to tell you honestly what each award is and why it was given, because that is the transparent thing to do. Second, and this is the part I actually care about, I want to tell you what keeps me investing in myself to get better at this work, and it has nothing to do with a certificate. As an award winning executive coach and psychotherapist based in Elstead, between Farnham, Godalming, Haslemere and Guildford in Surrey. I rewire the unconscious patterns that keep high achievers stuck in extreme pressure long after strategy and effort have stopped being the problem. None of it changes what I am actually focused on, which is helping more top leaders and business owners perform at their peak, long term, without sacrificing their happiness, health or relationships to get there.

The awards, and what each one was for
The Impact Award
This one was given for the impact I have had on leaders’ businesses, and more importantly, on their own lives. Sustainable success and a life you can actually enjoy are not two separate outcomes in my work. They are the same outcome. Greater success brings greater stress, that is simply the physics of carrying real weight, and most leaders respond to that stress with more effort, more control, more of the same patterns that got them here in the first place. Psychotherapy and performance coaching that goes to the root of that wiring, rather than polishing the leaves, is what keeps the top zero point one per cent at the top without it costing them everything else.
The Inspirational Award
This award recognised the support I give leaders and clients well beyond one to one work, through the Reset Academy, the Reset Room community, social content and YouTube tutorials, all running alongside the day job of rewiring top leaders one at a time. I did not build any of that because it looked good on a website. I built it because one to one work can only reach so many people, and my mission is to help as many leaders as I can realise their full potential without sacrificing their health, happiness or relationships along the way.
The Rising Star Award,
Business UK Awards gave Transform to Perform Coaching the Rising Star Award for the work behind the business itself, the growth, the results, and the model I built to deliver permanent change rather than a temporary fix.
The Diamond Distinction Award 2026
In 2026, Transform to Perform Coaching Ltd was named Leading Executive and Performance Coaching Specialist for Surrey by the Diamond Distinction Awards. The panel looks at service standards, reputation, online presence and client reviews across a sector, and being picked out from that sector in Surrey tells me the work is landing the way I want it to land, for people well beyond the ones I speak to directly.
The Ten Thousand Pound a Month Revenue Award
Big Business Entrepreneurs gave me this one for something that mattered privately more than most people would guess, breaking a ten thousand pound a month ceiling I had sat under for years. That ceiling was never really a revenue problem. It was a wiring problem, the same limiting beliefs and fear driven patterns I help my clients rewire in themselves. I do not think it is a coincidence that the ceiling broke once I did that work on myself, and it has kept moving since.
Coach and Trainer of the Year 2026 to 2027, EVAS finalist (awaiting results)
Beyond excited, I do not have an outcome yet. I have been through the panel interviews, the presentation and the client voting stage for the EVAS Coach and Trainer of the Year 2026 to 2027 award, and the ceremony is in October. The other finalists are genuinely excellent, so whatever happens on the night, getting this far is one I am already counting as a win.
Surrey New Business of the Year 2026 finalist (awaiting results)
Very privileged to be nominated and then reach the finalist stage of this award. Have been through the interview process and ceremony is in November. Having been in the industry rewiring clients since 2011, setting up a sister company that has been recognised so early in its journey is something I am really proud of. Because I feel very passionate that the hard working, high achievers in business, are the ones who need the most support but currently not the right support out there to keep them successful without sacrificing their health, happiness and relationships in the process. I aim to fill that gap.
What actually keeps me doing this
Every award on this page is genuine, and every one of them matters less to me than what happens next. Awards are not what drives me. Certificates are not what drives me. A framed logo on a website is not what drives me.
What drives me is a message that lands in my inbox from a client I worked with a decade ago, telling me they have nominated me for something, or voted for me, or simply want to tell me where they are now. Those messages carry updates about businesses that grew past the point the client thought possible, teams that stopped burning out under them, marriages that survived the provider phase, and health that came back once the pressure stopped running the show. That is the work. The award is just someone else noticing it from the outside.
